Delegation of the Critical Infrastructure Association of the Slovak Republic held talks at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan

On October 8, 2025, an official meeting took place at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the delegation of the Critical Infrastructure Association of the Slovak Republic, led by the president of the association, Tibor Straka. 

The aim of the meeting was to strengthen mutual relations and exchange experiences in the field of critical infrastructure resilience, with a focus on the transport, energy and digital services sectors. 

Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan Samaddin Asadov informed the Slovak delegation about the country's current activities in the field of information and cyber security, ongoing projects and the implementation of modern technologies for the protection of national infrastructure.

During the negotiations, both sides exchanged views on current challenges and priorities in the area of increasing critical infrastructure resilience and discussed opportunities for cooperation in cyber security in transport and telecommunications. Special attention was paid to the prospects of information exchange, professional experience sharing and the implementation of joint projects that could contribute to strengthening the security and stability of critical infrastructures in both countries.

The meeting took place in a constructive atmosphere and confirmed the mutual interest in continuing the dialogue and cooperation aimed at strengthening the security and stability of critical infrastructure in both countries.
